Yes, the venue is located 10 minutes from the CBD. See the venue page for recommended hotels nearby including the awards venue.
Can I attend just the welcome networking event?
No, to access the welcome networking event you must purchase a ticket to the conference.
Can I attend just the National Excellence Awards?
Yes, we have a discounted combined conference and awards ticket purchased here. Individual awards tickets can be purchased here.
What is the difference between virtual and in person tickets?
Virtual tickets give you access to the streamed sessions. In person tickets give you access to all sessions, networking, speakers and the exhibition. View more here.
What is included in my ticket?

How will I receive my registration?
You will receive a confirmation email with the event details once you have completed your registration. This confirmation includes important access details.
Can I cancel my ticket and get a refund?
Cancellations must be emailed to events@mfaa.com.au. No refunds will be given to cancellations received less than 14 days prior to the event.
Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?
Yes, if you are no longer able to attend a substitute delegate is welcome at no additional cost.
Can I change my mind and attend virtually or in person?
Yes, should you wish to change your registration type please email events@mfaa.com.au, no refunds will be provided for non-attendance.
What is the dress code for each event?
Welcome event: Smart Casual
Conference: Smart business casual
National Awards: Black Tie.

How can I earn CPD hours?
Attend sessions and engage with the exhibition. Hours are automatically recorded and uploaded.
How many CPD hours are allocated for the event?
In person attendees can earn up to 8 CPD hours and virtual attendees can earn up to 6 CPD hours.
Will sessions be available after the event?
Yes, all attendees will receive access to the post event recordings for one month.
